15 Minute Workout: Dual Pyramid

This is a QUICK total body workout with an emphasis on the legs that will leave you sweaty and breathless. Squats are lunges are great for building your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core. Combined with the rest of the exercises, this circuit is a great kickstarter!

You can do this in the morning between the bed and the shower and have a fast couple hundred calories burned before you even start your day or even at night before you hit the shower to maximize the calories your body burns while you sleep.

Go down the list as quickly as you can with PROPER FORM. Never sacrifice form for speed. NO breaks until you’re finished.

This workout will not only burn fat, but also will build muscle which speeds up your metabolism and in turn helps you to consistently burn more calories throughout the day.
